grams,.......

the overnight cycling trip set up by theYouth Expedition Project was very nice,..^_^ first time attend such event,..its good though,..there is about over 70 participants,.., impressed by their leaders' being so organised and know their route so well,....^_^ the route was about 30km,.at first i thought tat its gonna be a long tough ride,.however,..it is ok,...we were earlier den the propsed time to return to ECP,. from my vauge memory,..we started from ECP to bugis,.den to orchard for makan,....den is off to harbour front for game,..after which we headed toward Lau Pat Sat for another makan,..and the final journey back to ECP,...in addition to the smooth ride,.we have a great weather,..(thank god its only drizzle for a moment)

had a "gram's shock" this morning when i return home from the cycle,....gram could not pick herself up from her bed,.....sh*t,...gave me a fright,..i thought wat had happened,..only den did i realised how weak her body is,...however she remained calmed and asked me for a cup of milo,..ya she needed energy,...she told me she had tried to pick herself up three times,.but feel giddy while sitting up straight,.milo ran out (told you i drank lots of milo) ,.so i resort to milk,..and d*mn i could not find any straw,..how 's gonna drink lying down,..

finally after some milk,.she manage to walk to the living room,....
