have been seeing tis quite old lady for quite a few times,....she is

walking very slowly,...and i *hope* with no pain,..i guess she has got arthritis,...like my mum * sh*t*

so all,...drink more milk,..get more omega three,..or issit six,..??

remember tat arthritis can be pass down,..through generation,.... *sh*t*
